Henderson
Clean & Clear
HCC is Devin, a truck and a trailer, working out of Athens. That is the honest size of it, and it is the reason the person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it.
There is no dispatch office and no call centre. You call the number on this site and you get Devin. He quotes it, he loads it, and he sweeps up after.
That is a real limit as much as a selling point — a single trailer means a full-house estate clear is measured in days rather than hours, and it means the schedule is finite. It also means nothing gets subcontracted to somebody who has never seen your property.
The work is estate cleanouts, garages and shops, furniture, appliances, commercial turnover and brush. What HCC does not do is on the site in plain language rather than buried: no dumpster rental, no demolition, no construction debris, no hazardous waste, no tires.
“We load it. We haul it. We sweep up.”
That line is not a copywriter's. It is lifted from a customer's own review — Vikki Reed, describing a shop clearance, noting that he swept the shop out when he was finished.
It stayed because it is the most accurate sentence anyone has written about this business, and because it was written by somebody who had no reason to be generous about it.
Athens is the base. From here the run covers Henderson County and the whole of Cedar Creek Lake, plus Kemp over in Kaufman County and Walton up in Van Zandt. The furthest regular job is about thirty-three minutes out.
The national chains list Athens and skip the lake entirely. Ten of the towns on our list are on the water.
